Being a Mom of two wonderful kids and certified Yoga Practitioner, I believe that yoga is for every body. For yoga your size, shape, ages and abilities doesn't matter at all. I am confident with the right practice you will gradually improve yourself.

My Current Programs

Currently I am offering four different programs which include sessions for Kids, Teen, Ladies and Families. I also offer one-to-one sessions, Yoga Therapy, workshops and retreats. Please reachout to me for further inquire.
